Delivery and Click & Collect
Click & Collect Level 3 - Auckland Store Only
During Level 3 we will operate the following click and collect rules:
From Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 we have decided to continue operating as "Click & Collect" with a minor change. You will be able to come into the foyer and talk to the staff, discuss product through a screen, but not walk around the shop. Full details / instructions below.Our shop doubles as an online warehouse which means if the shop closes so do online sales. Therefore we need to take a measured approach to the risk COVID-19 has on our business to avoid having to lock the shop down completely should the shop become a place of interest.We do intend to re-open the store completely but it wont be in the next week or so, once we are 100% sure we can comply to the Goverment's operating procedures, so please bear with us during this challenging time.The new "Click & Collect" procedure will be as follows:
- Order and pay for your goods online
- You will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready to collect
- When you arrive at the store please enter through the front door where you will find a blue counter
- A staff member at the counter will assist you with the collection of your order
- Staff will able to take credit card payments across the counter (NO CASH)
You can also come in to the Foyer and talk to the sales staff about products, and purchase on the spot.Please note that you are required to wear a mask when entering our building and sign in using either the COVID tracer app or the manual sign in form
Nationwide shipping is $5.00 for orders under $50.00 and free for anything at or above. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-hours* of receipt of payment. Delivery estimations are as follows:
- North Island - Overnight (+1 day for rural)
- South Island - 2 Days (+1 day for rural)

An email with the tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched and scanned in by the courier. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or please contact us.
*Exception: Products marked as "Available to order, ships within 2 days" are ordered from a local supplier and dispatched from our shop within 48-hours. This is in addition to- and not inclusive of- the standard delivery time frame.
